Description:

This person will be responsible for night shift (1AM – 10AM or 5PM – 1AM) support of the company’s reporting systems, applications, & production support of the company’s Europe & Asia offices  This will include, but is not limited to:

• Management information reporting
• Internally developed applications
• Client reporting
• Internal business processes

There will be an initial focus on client and performance reports. Since client and performance report touch many of the functional area of the firm, this will provide an excellent opportunity for this person to become familiar with the myriad business process and systems throughout the firm.

 Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years in the financial industry, preferably on the buy side with strong fixed income knowledge.
• 10-15 years of overall IT experience
• Understanding the life cycle of a trade  – i.e. what happens after the trade is made etc..

Technical

• Senior level knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Reporting Systems

Professional

This individual must be a seasoned professional within the securities industry and must be highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction. Although this is a senior level role, this individual must be willing to perform any level of task required to get the job done. Hands on is a must.
